I investigated consumer complaints and frustrations and captured those insights into tangible updates to a variety of Bobby Pin platforms that lead to cross branding opportunities with Goody Ouchess and StayPut brands. Features that provide comfort dipped tips to increasing secure hold to removing without snagging hair, I was able to implement many consumer resolving frustrations.
